About the project:
Circle of Heroes will be the nation's first underwater dive memorial honoring our veterans.
Located a quarter mile from the popular dive site Veterans Reef, Circle of Heroes will be 40 feet below the surface of the water.
The attraction will be located roughly 10 miles of the Pinellas County shore and will honor the men and women serving in the Unites States Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines and Navy.
